Am I wrong? What would you call this malicious attack from the police? Looks to me like they were out for blood on this one, at least CHP only throws a spike strip or goes for the J hook to spin out a perp...To hell with their health care plan, I'm not living where the cops can freely flip your ride, destroying it and possibly crippling or killing you!
